Well if she's been leaving messages I'm sure she won't just stop.

Record an annoying voicemail, like those idiots who have voicemails that say "What's up? Oh you thought that was me didn't you?". Maybe she'll leave you a message about how stupid and unoriginal your voicemail is.

If she reported you assaulting her, she would have gotten a doctors exame for bruises/ cuts lesions. and the police report would have this in it....

dont need a doctor's note or exam for an assault... Police explained that to me... if I spit on you, you could make an assault complaint against me.... It woulod be an assault to... and you would be able to refuse medical attention for that, obviously you wouldn't have been hurt, but still assaulted. Police report says 1 observable (and this being by the cop) injury being a broken toe-nail....

Also I forgot to add that it wont show up on your bill if your answering machine answered her, or it shouldn't.

Change it to something even nerdier, and say something like "So I changed my nerdy answering machine". Say something to provoke her into leaving a message, acknowledging her message might be the trick.

Lawyer hasn't heard the messages, said they weren't of great importance in the assault case (which they really aren't, more important in proving we haven't had contact with eachother).. After the ruling I'm allowed to post the police report if you guys want it... Don't know what else to tell you about the phone call crap though. I'm also wondering if this is one of those police things where the phone records is not enough proof, but they're hoping to put that in my face and expect that I come out with admitting on my own that I did have contact with her scare tactic... Not sure... but not BS.

every 14 days it asks you if you want them saved or erased... I have been choosing to save them.

I know, hes saying you're an idiot for not recording them. It's not common for your voicemails to be deleted, without you doing it yourself.

If your lawyer is a real lawyer that has more than 1 year experience he will prove your side.

I don't believe that they changed something with their VM service that deleted EVERYONES messages.
