no offense and i do feel for ya but people lose money on here everyday. the deals that seem shady from the get go usually are. what the guy was meaning about chalking it up and its only 70 bucks is that there are people on here that lose hundreds or thousands of dollars and your 70 bucks is small fish. so i would wait and see if it shows up. OR call the kids local poilice and file it. those are your options. take the steps and maybe you will will get your money in the end. good luck

thats messed up . see what im doinf is i got scammed about a month ago. im going to serve the guy later and contact his local DA im going to charge him 10% interest for the money he has. since he hasnt sent the product he will be oweing me more then 170. figure it this way i try and let him comply i have all his info cell number and house number . hes going to hate me. but he shouldnt let that mouth write a check his *** cant cash. BTW his name is tremor1127 but yeah you could also contact his local DA and also contact the federal trade commision. all worth a try if you cant take him to small claims

btw 10% is what is legal to charge for interest. my lawyer said to fuk him nice.i suggets you treathen him to make him comply if not hes going to have to run from cops and shit
