Sorry about the 10/12 mixup - about 3 seconds after I got off the phone with Black, I had another dealer call about a custom demo for a Brahma, then a few more tech support questions, and before it was all done I couldn't remember who wanted the 10 and who wanted the 12...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

As far as 5 kW to the Brahma, well, for under 2 seconds it might survive - I know a few folks who burp in that range. But don't be surprised if it toasts on you. $90 to recone/revoice it (new cone, surround, spider, voice coil, etc. - all the moving parts are replaced). That is a LOT of power! I've been shopping for new subs since I blew my perfects. I haven't seen Jlaine in awhile, but since this new adire guy is here, I figured I'd ask you before anyone else. You guys have "factory direct" distribution? I think I'm getting ripped on the warrantee of these perfects since I was stupid when I bought them. (unauthorized dealer) I'm looking into two 12" brahmas, and I'm quite serious about buying them. Still 369? Shipping costs to New Jersey? Warrantee? Thanks!

I've been sending 1000 watts to a Baja 10" sub.. It lasts like 30 seconds. then it just don't move anymore. After that it's time to go back to circuit city and get a new one!

The monster belted out a 152.1. Which I think is d@mn good considering this is the first attempt with this car. First enclosre built for the sub. Four people holding the hatch down. One on each door.
