Did a little more today. Got the woofer pods ready for sanding, and started on the tweeter pods:

I used some plastic tops from spray cans, and cut the ends at an angle

Then I wrapped them in some tshirt pieces and dipped them in resin:

Ill get em to my buddy tomorrow, he is a body guy he'll get em smooth and ready for paint.

lol, Actually, after grinding they turned out real nice. I have everything in, and the tweeter pods are painted, just need to trim those out. The woofer pods are installed, not painted yet. I need to make trim pieces for them and paint them, but it sounds amazing.
