Traded my 07 mazda cx-7 for a 08 dodge dakota crewcab. The mazda was becoming a mechanical nightmare.. 32k and the turbo seals were blown. On to the list of gear:

1500d

Diamond d-971 running dual mono of the 100.2's

2 Critical Mass UL12's off the 1500's @ 1.5 ohms.

Kicker 0 guage mixed with some off brand 0guage.

Stinger expert RCA's

12 guage speaker wire

2 optima g34 bluetops

lightning audio 50 farad cap... yeah yeah i know, but it does do it's job for me, had it for 4 years.

Dont know about gasser Dodges, but I know my Ford PSD can be had from the factory with dual HO alts for a total of 400ish amps, and its about a 150-200 dollar option. Might swing by the dealer and get a quote on parts ect. Same would go for a dual underhood battery system. All diesels have em, the parts off of a Cummins equipped truck might fit as well.

Hahah WHOOOPS - its a Dakota. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

None of that mattered at all...

I doubt anything from a 3/4 ton truck is fitting on a Dakota. Its not even a 1/2 ton.

That's why I wrote that...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

That problem with the seals is common in the CX-7, Speed3 and Speed6(I used to own a MS3)

That's about the ONLY problem that's come out of them

I'm assuming you got the 4.7 V8? Good luck with it, much much worse of a motor than that Mazda you got rid of.

No, i got the 3.7 v6. As far as I'm concerned the motor can blow every week with the lifetime powertrain warranty on it, I wont get screwed on the deal.

Man, I would have never traded that ride for a Dakota, but I guess if your having problems with it and it was no longer warrantied I would.

Those Cx7's are so nice. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Sounds like you got some nice gear going in. Good luck with the install.

I'm getting the speaker pods built this weekend, here are some pics:
