I was powering the 15HC with the viper 1200.1 amp at 1ohm. However, the w7 is dual 1.5ohm so I need either 3ohm or 0.75ohm. I heard that the old orion and viper amps can below an ohm so I am hoping to use it to power the 13w7 as well (for at least for a few months) at 0.75ohms.

Spank it in what? SQ, SPL, efficiency (2000watts rms)? Also I thought they were still preordering it.

Anyway, I probably could have got one but that was not the point. I got the 13w7 to see what it was like. I have had plenty of woofers that were cheaper or more worth the money but everything is always compared to 13w7. I wanted to try something different.

LOL, I just temporarily traded my friend my 12" seXXX for his 10w7 today. I find it ironic that you have both subwoofers too.
