the hilarious part is that the seller probably paid MORE to ship USPS than they would have with UPS - and USPS has weak tracking system and no insurance!!

have you ever even used the USPS tracking system? it is only available on express mail and international mail, otherwise it is "delivery confirmation", not "tracking"

since when can't you buy insurance from USPS? last time i checked you can add insurance to any form of mail

the $100 UPS insurance on every package is a joke, most of the time you can only claim it if UPS or a UPS approved shipper packages it for you

If it was supposed to have sig conf. ask to see the signature for it. Also ask the seller if they got sig conf. before hand.
