Last time I actually turned my music up at a stop light was when this young chick was jammin' to some stupid hip-hop shit, distorted music, and I was sitting next to her at the light. She gave me a weird look 'cause I was just starring at her. I smiled, and she gave me an even weirder look. That's when I turned the amps on. She turned hers up, I turned mine up. She turned hers down...

For me it all depends on where and when I will bump it full tilt. During the day just about any where but neighborhoods I full tilt it. Ill turn it down at lights, but turn it back up right as the light turns green. Now if I am cruising Barret parkway Friday night and ricers just happen to pull up next to me on both sides and behind me at a light. Ill probably turn it up to show it off. After all I didnt spend $1000+ dollars worth of equipment to play at "moderate" levels.

yeah that's a really good example she is setting for her kids. and she should know its a car, not a bedroom, there's gonna be noise that'd wake her kids up no matter what.

OP, no reason to feel bad. If she has no class when aproaching you (sleeping kids or not). She has shown she is an idiot. If this was really her stance on loud noise that can disturb her sleeping children at a stop light. Then she should be tackling bikers off of there hogs as they roll by.

I feel bad that you took the incident with you. When playing your system just use common sense. I personally like to play mine at a moderate level but I just about turn it off while at a stoplight or when rolling through a residential neighborhood.Loud sound tickets are on the rise where I live and the cops are willing to turn these into more than what they are. I have personally been threatened with a disorderly conduct charge and being arrested. ****ing rediculous.

I try to be as considerate as possible but i like to bump at full tilt that is what i bought the system for. I turn it down at red lights and i try to stay away from residential areas. Sometimes i will play the system at half volume at red lights and will get the odd dirty look, but the way i see it is either put up with half volume or put up will full volume (I turn subs off when older people are at the lights). I had one guy though get out of his truck and look at me but jumped back in after he saw that i wasnt some young teen LOL. Was into the music at the red light and forgot to turn it down. If some one asks me to keep it down around there house in a nice manner i will but if your gonna be rude than **** ya.

im sure lots of parents understand how hard it is to get some kids to sleep and some people are really stressed out sometimes. I catch myself cranking it in public all the time but try to keep it down if i can. I mainly turn it down when i see old people cuz i try to respect them but for pretty much anyone else i just leave it at what my mood desires.

my shits sound deadend anyway. I have no worries haha
