Well, i was doing my weekly browsing of UFC / w/e on worldwide fights and sure enough i got to amazon.com and it listed Bob Sapp as one of the prisoners in "The Longest Yard". I couldn;t even believe it and then i realized HOLY SH1T IT WAS HIM!.

yeah iono, just hit me this morning when i got back from work and doing my browsing.

everyone i believe has seen Bob Sapp fall to Crocop's punch to the arm. I don't know why he fell but he said he had felt a large amount of sharp pain in that certain area.

Crocop is a machine....

In the K-1 video i have, Crocop makes Bob do the fish dance and fall over with a punch to the face. Also Nog a man who is much smaller(but dangerous none the less) made Sapp tap proving technique over power.
