Hey everyone I bought the head unit, and it came with everything except the adapter for the USB. Im looking to buy this at the cheapest possible price, suggestions??? anyone selling it on the forum??? links would be appreciated.

Pioneer list them for 30.00 . Circuit city has them for 35.00. I would go to them and tell them they are 30.00 on Pioneers website and that is retail and make them sell it for 30.00

I forgot to add that for anyone looking into these decks that the DEH-P5900IB doesnt come with the cable but the DEH-P590IB does come with it and they run about the same price on Ebay. The 590ib would be a better deal.

yes, they are similar to alpine in that manner, almost the same cable from the HU directly to your ipod

what is the difference between the Ipod cable and the USB type link thing for the 690?

The 690 cable fits a USB port where the other one fits a pioneer changer style port on the back of the deck.

shit, I just realized that I didnt want the IPOD cable I wanted the USB cable, because I dont have an Ipod, I have many thumb drives...
