honest question, can you hear the distortion when you were destroying stuff? I see people will sometimes ride around with volume waaay to high and listening to distorted crap and it makes me wonder if they can hear distortion. Or do they ignore it? or do they now know what distortion is? are people that are tone deaf also distortion deaf? Ive heard that band john talks about and it sounds like crap to me, do tone deaf people hear it and think it sounds like music? my sister smoked one of my tweeters once and I asked her how loud she had it and she said all the way up. It was my car so I know it had to sound like **** turned all the way up but I just wrote it off as my sister being stupid.

And Cheep Effects was OUR band for OUR fun! I love most of our old stuff, but then I was there and a larger part of producing it too! And in retrospect we DID have a few good things and a LOT of noise! We had a few really pretty good musicians working with us, and it was SO much fun making all that noise!

Personally I cannot stand any distortion at all.

I will never play anything that has audible distortion.

This also confirms what I already thought, his system was not setup correctly at all.

My full active system is setup so it can be cranked to the max without hurting anything, his should have been the same.

I gives me chills and harsh feelings when I hear distorted playback. Honestly it makes me think less of the people that do it. It makes me think they lack intelligence when they willfully listen to something shrill and obviously overtaxed.

Not unfortunate for us though since we obviously get a kick seeing this clown screw up everything he touches. He doesn't know the difference anyway so his system will always sound like garbage. For him ignorance is bliss.
