i have one of those mini baseball bats. will be good for breaking forearms. and if that doesnt work..pipe wrench.

and i have yet to meet the person who will persist after being shot in the chest with a co2 powered pellet gun.

i have an 18" long solid 1" thick chrome steel rod by my seat.

You were doing good until it came to the pellet gun thing. If a dude's pumped enough to jack your car, you're not going to stop him with a pellet gun. I've taken some shots from powerful pellet guns. Though it hurts like a *****, it wouldn't stop me from coming at you.

if someone is pumped up enough and has enough adrenaline going, and you pull out something in the shape of a gun and they fell sudden sharp intense pain in the chest (or the forehead i would probably aim for) they would be more concerned with the fear that they actually got shot and give you enough time to step on the gas, or get out and start givin them the pipe
