hz and khz help

[sp33d 10+ year member]

i need help differentiating between hz and khz. i understand 20 hz is the low and khz is the high. but,

im basically trying to set the EQ off of my 780 deck and want to know at what frequency that separate bass from midbass and midbass from tweeter. thanks

khz= kilo hertz kilo means 1000

1khz = 1000 hz

2khz = 2000 hz

3.5khz=3500hz
