Just for shits and giggles, don't do this long term, try to lift the ground, meaning use one of those plugs that disables ground and see if it will stop.....

You can do it for hours, days even. But if you were to get a power surge or some sort of grounding fault you could destroy your other equipment or kill yourself... But, if you find the issues is from the ground you can get some isolators which should cure the problem....
