Hum or whine noise through speakers

Just got my system hooked up today but I have a very annoying whine or hum in the speakers. Its there with the truck running or not, but worse when it is running. I think from reading that this is a ground problem, but I have moved the amplifier ground to a few different places inside the cab of the truck, seat belt, seat mount bolt, I cant get rid of it. Can anyone help?

run a ground from your head unit to the rear where the amp is grounded. also make sure u really scrap away around were your grounding it to to get rid of the paint.
I am grounding to the sealt belt bolt, but ive tried seat bolts a well. And i took a dremel tool and ground the paint away to shiny metal. tried running a new ground for the HU, still no luck. is it wierd that the noise is there wether the engine is running or not? I am using all kunkonceptz wiring, RCA's and crimp ends, I didnt skimp on anything.

Would you be interested in or do you know a good shop that is open on Saturdays that I could take it to without getting ripped off? I just wanna listen to some music man, all these problems are just killing the fun of it. I have not even hooked up the sub yet, the amp I got for the sub is not working, so I took that out and am just concentraring on getting this problem solved.
