HU pockets - help

Do you need that metal cage like you do with installing HU to install that black plastic pocket? I dont get how it installs? Can people buy those HU metal cages seperately?

I am not sure what you mean.

You can buy cages sperate. At least locally you can.

how do u install the pocket thing? The storage compartment. Do I need that cage over it?
