hu+amp wiring

I have a pioneer premier deh860, and was going to hook it up before the rest of the system. Now, if I hook this up to all the speakers, and then later add a amp for my front speakers, will I have to disconnect the connection between the HU and front speakers at that time, or will that not matter??

definitley, DO NOT tap into the wires on the harness, if you are running the fronts on the amp, cut the two grey wires, and two white wires. then tape off the end that goes into the HU. I like to run all the wires from the car radio harness to the amp, saves from taking off panels and all of that.
