**** 200 for a box seems kinda high... is it going to be some special box? they aren't to hard to build and you can definately buy the tools and wood for under $200, and still have enough $$$ to buy more wood to replace the ones you messed up

I think it'll be superb - finally get rid of that dam sub!

I guess you can't go on a DIY forum and tell people your letting someone else do anything for ya? He knows the box will be as good as it can get, and leaves it at that.

Not everyone wants to slave over a sheet of wood for a few days trying to slap a box together. That time could have been spent doing more important things. Not to mention, there is no guarantee the box will be nearly as good... even if designed by one of the "guru" designers floating around here.

Not to mention customer support and the 5 year warranty.

Just like when you buy a performance part... do you really think that top notch set of brakes cost much more to produce than a cheaper setup? Not much more in materials... but a heck of alot more RnD was put into the high performance set, thats why the high performance set costs 5x as much.

My boxes dont even cost 5x as much, they are pennies more in the scheme of things. You can pay less and get less of a box, if your happy with that.. alright... but no reason to discourage those who want more out of their setup!
