The CVRs are great starter subs. Looking at that box, it looks like a prefab ported box. I'm not too sure how it'll sound. I know some companies prefab bandpass/ported enclosures are absolutely terrible and some are halfway decent. I personally would buy just the subs and build myself a box. I have a hard time trusting prefab. I'm not saying it's going to sound bad, I've just had bad experiences with perfab in the past.

sorry i haven't been around to post back....but im not experienced with building boxes and if i have someone build me one it will probably cost a lot because i would want it carpeted and to look nice

so where are some places or some brands that make/sell good boxes or decent boxes?

If that is a KICKER prefab loaded box

its not half bad,they get really loud if you Amp them up on the high side

go in the box construction section of this forum and youll find plenty box builders that can do the job for you. the prices arent bad considering they are built TO SPECS for your subs.

well, just to give you an idea how they have been selling in stores, in the month of January alone we over sold 300% on those. That's the identical box I had with the rear part off a 7005, so 400 watts, 200x2 and it slammed...so if you had 600 watts, even better.
