how would you wire a fan for a amp

Sounds like you need a new amp.
It's not going to be easy to add a fan unless you're good at electronics.
It'd be really easy...if you wire the fan into the remote wire/have a relay on the remote wire for your amp and fan...then it'd turn on when your amp is on...ta'duh

Thats what im thinking, but you sure as hell better not wire the fan directly to the remote, as it will prolly burn out the remote lead on the headunit.. Its not made to power a fan or anything.. So do like he said and make sure if you add a fan that you use a relay with it.

fans are cake walk. You could be simple and wire into a toggle switch. Or run a thermatistic setup to enable the fan to turn on when the thermastat reached a certain temperature.

Just like you would do an electric fan in a car other than a clutch fan.
