How would I wire this?

I will be picking up 2 Kinetik HC1400's to use in my audio system.

My main battery is an interstate megatron. http://www.interstatebatteries.com/estore/search.asp?details=1&mscssid=GL0HVV4D8Q099L4X78FDUGQES07P90N2&N=21+4294574622+4294574621+2147384818+4294574620+4294574570&js=1&part_number=MTP%2D65&part_desc=Mega%2DTron+Plus+%2D+85+Months+%2D+850+CCA&Nu=Part+Number&Ns=product+Type%7C0%7C%7CRank%7C1

For my amps I will be running 2 sae 1000d's strapped and a 100.4.

Also my current alternator is a 130 amp in a 05 f150. (Do i need to upgrade my alt?)

My plan is to install the batteries in a tool box in the bed of my truck. I will install all of the amps behind my rear seat of my supercab. Will I need battery isolators/ what are they actually for?

Pretty sure ya only need a isolator if ya plan on running your system with the engine off...AS for everything else, run it paralell. Check out the kinetik website...it's pretty good.

I guess a question that wasnt answered is since I am running 2 batteries, Do I run a seperate 1/0 from my main battery to each of these batteries? or do I run parallel from main battery to 1 of the kinetiks then parallel to the other kinetik from the 1st kinitek. Does this make sense? Im about to just put up a bad drawing of what Im talking about. Lemme see if I know how to do that.

Just to make sure about fuses.

Does each fuse have to be the total number of internal fuses on each amp.

What im saying is the 1000D amp has 3-30 amp fuses internally. So I need 180 amps there. 100.4 also has 3-30 amp fuses internally. Therefore my total is 270.

I am gonna just use a 300 ANL fuse.

Will I need a 300 anl fuse at each part or can the entire line just add to 300?

Example: main battery to 1st kinitek-1 80 ANL and 1-60 ANL, then from 1st kinetik to 2nd kinetik 1-80 ANL fuse and 1-60 ANL fuse for a total of 280?

ditch the isolator.

I would power the amps straight from the batteries not a d-block. 1 power and ground from each batt to each amp. fuse each power run to the amp.

Ground your front battery to the frame, ground each back battery to the frame, dont bother running a ground from front to back.

You fuse from batt to amp near batt in case the power wire comes out of the amp, not to protect the amp. FUSE FOR THE WIRE AMPERAGE. 4 ga. is 125A I believe.

Clarification Purposes:

Still use ANL fuses between each battery + (1 at the start and 1 at the end of each connection so 4 total just for batteries)?

Then a 125 ANL fuse on my 4awg wire from my last battery to each amp?

Is it ok that im hooking the kinetik batteries in parallel,or will this cause alot of work on my last kinetik and not enough on my 1st kinetik? Sorry if this sounds really noobish, I promise im better at Car Audio, but I just **** with electrical. I am trying to learn though.

Thanks so far though for all yalls help, I really do appreciate it.
