Take the word potential however you think i mean it..

But i know of a prototype that has been clamped at 30,000w at 9.8vDC.

Korea can't touch that.

There is a point where manufacturing has to adapt so it's cost-effective.

So far, i haven't seen Korea implement this thinking yet.

They are normally smaller per watt. That can be easily measured.
