Can you be a little more specific? What are you trying to wire exactly? Coax speakers or components? With or without crossovers? Factory amp or

aftermarket amp?

How to run the power wire to an existing one. How to hook the wire from the amp, to the crossovers, to the speaker etc. Everything pretty much.

I don't see whats so complicated here.

12v+ 4ga to amp

4ga ground to chassis

remote wire from HU to amp

set gains correctly

+ and - from amp to crossover's + and - "Input"

+ and - from crossover marked "Tweeter" to + and - on tweeter

+ and - from crossover marked "Woofer" to + and - on woofer

Repeat for other side.

50' roll of 12ga. speaker wire, or 35' if you think you'll need less. You can get it at Wal-Mart, they're pretty cheap and have decent wire.

Remove the battery negative cable!

Open the cover of the crossover, there should be 6 screw posts. they should be marked as follows(yours might be slightly different): IN+, IN-, W+,W-,T+, and T-.. Obviously the IN+ & IN- come from the Amp.

Run a line of 12ga. from the Amp speaker + to the crossover IN+, and do the same for the negative side.

Run a line of 12ga. from the crossover W+ to the 6"(or whatever size comp speaker you have) positive post. Do the same for the negative side.

Run a line of 12ga. from the crossover T+ to the tweeter positive post(or solder the wires together). Do the same for the Negative side.

Done!

Depending on how much power he's running he can probably use 16awg

Do you know how to hook up an amplifier in your car?

If not, go to a shop. If so, what are you asking?

There is no fuse involved with running the speaker wire from amp to speakers. Only place for fuse is when running power to the amp.

Dont mean to be rude, but do some searches. Read the instructions that come with the wiring kit, the amp, and the speakers. They put all the info you will need in there, except for setting gains.
