how to wire door and rear speakers to amp

was up. i will be installing 4 front and rear speakers to an amp. so i have an idea how but not 100 percent sure. the photo show what im going to do but i dont know if i will have to keep the speaker wire harness plugged up or just run the rca wires from the deck to the amp. my main question is do i have to unplug the speaker harness or leave it plugged up also. thanks for looking
