How to wire a capacitor with 2 amps?

You don't. Perhaps you should start a thread telling us what you have and ask what you should do with your electrical.

But if you must, hot glue should work fine.

caps are not uselss

i used to have 2 1frd caps on a hifonics zues 900w and a soundstream ref500 when the caps where not in series with the battery up front the bass would sound like sh*t

It could have been i was only using 4guage wire for that much current but still it helped.

i think saying they dont work isnt fair as they work if your application fits the need for them //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

caps are 99% useless. is that better.

spend your money where its worth it. get a nice battery instead

Of course capacitors help with any system with real power. My friend has 8.6 FARADS +++ of caps which helped dramatically to stop dimming the lights + voltage for his 2 12" P3 Rockford Fosgate subs + approx 2000 Watts RMS amplifiers power, but a little more capacitance will help. By the way the van already has 2 batteries, one of which is a deep cycle marine located right at amplifiers, and the capacitance helped much more to provide the power for the real strong + long low freq. notes.

The capacitors are in parallel to the amps power input close to amplifiers location.

Hahaha 1 ur a moron for bumping a old thread with a retarted statement. 2 yea true they can be of use if it's like a 50 farad then it's pretty much a battery in a sense. But why waste money on them when you can just get a battery for aorund the same price

^^THIS^^

Why would i spend $120 or so for a crap cap when I can buy a G31 YT or a Oddessy pc 1750 for $100 ea?
