you dont

dual 4 ohm subs in a pair can only wire to 1 or 4 ohm loads

it all depends on the amplifier. 99.9% of the time, an amplifier will produce more power at a 1ohm load than a 4ohm load, but many amplifiers are not 1ohm stable.

Don't have it yet but I was looking at a PG ryval which is only stable @ 2 ohm.

It's suppose to do 800 watts @ 2ohmx1 and 600 watts @ 4ohmx1?

get a 1 ohm stable amp or get a amp that does the power you want at 4 ohm

well, with two dual 4 ohm subs, you will need an amp that can run at either 1 ohm or 4ohms.
