How to put the Top onto the Enclosure?

So I have 4 walls standing around my tire well right now and the bottom is glassed... only thing is the walls aren't perfectly flat since my tire well is really weird.

If I put the top piece on, there's going to be gaps and it won't be flat... how do I get it flat? Should I just stick the top piece on, hold it somehow, and then fiberglass it onto the walls?

So you have four walls, each the same height, but due to the uneven surface they are mounted on they don't end up at the same height?

...

The walls have to be different heights, so that they end up at the same elevation. Mock up your box as you have it now, and draw lines across where you need to cut.

Just used the Lemans technique. Stick the top on, screw it down, and use more silicone to seal it than lowes carries.
