how to power my amp....

Power goes from the positive post on the battery to the 12vdc input on the amp.

Ground connects the ground input on the amp to a suitable ground location that's convenient to its mounting location.

Remote activation goes from your source's remote activation output to the appropriate input on the amp or if the source has no such lead then a switched power source works well, too.

I'm not really sure what you're asking, to tell the truth....your post is more than a bit vague to me. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

the remote turn on....can i just use the battery's 12v to put in the remote turn on?

and cant i just do power to power on amp and ground to battery's ground? this is not in a car...its in my room....i just want a quick bump

yeah you can just run a wire form the battery positve to your remote. but i would put a switch in between it so you could switch it on and off instead of haveing to unscrew your terminals to turn it off. and how are you gonna keep your battery charged?

thats the most retarded thing ive ever seen
your gonna fry that sundown and there not going to replace it

well...thats why im asking....how can i go about doing this correctly...

i figured you were gona do it with a crappy setup. dont run that, you need to keep that battery charged and giving that sundown constant voltage. you will end up frying it from voltge drop. i wouldnt do it if i were you, just go put it in your car.
