How to install a hasp lock?

I am ****ing dumbfounded. I just bought something just like this

to install on my shed. I have no idea how to do this, it is prolly so simple but I just cant figure it out.

mount the ring on the door. mount the hinged part on the shed. close the hinged part over the ring part and put your lock on. BAM you're done

so mount the hinged part on one door and the ring on the other. insert lock into ring. BAM you're done

How..in order for all the screws to be covered..

open the hinged part. align the edge of the smaller side (with the screw holes) to the edge of one door. with the hinged part away from the 2nd door, install screws. then align the ring on the second door so that the hinged part will go over the ring. install screws in ring. fold hinged part over the ring, insert lock. BAM you're done

The loop screws will take care if themselves. The others will be exposed.
