How to hook up these type of wires

I bought a TME-M710 but it hasn't come in the mail yet but in the meantime...the wiring harness looks like this http://us.st11.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.com/I/millionbuy_1917_40180976

I'm concerned about the batch of wires in the middle. At the end each of the wires there is a piece of metal at the end covered by a piece of pastic. I was going to hook it up to a pac tr-7 so how exactly do I connect the wires with the metal at the end?

they make a opposite end for that. They look female in the pic, so just go to your local hardware store and get the male side. I cannot think of the name for that type of connector right now, but I have used them.

If I dont find the other end can I cut the metal piece off and just solder the wires? Would somewhere like autozone have the male ends?

I would cut and solder anyway. A lot of HU's used to come with those quick disconnect ends. I always cut them off.
