What do I need to get to convert my car audio stuff so that I can use it at home?

A 12volt power supply that will plug into a wall socket, or a power "converter" is what you want., but be warned, the ones that put out seriouse juice to run car stereo stuff are expensive. ask your local car audio shop what they use for their demo board.

thanks for your input guys! Really appreciate it....now I'm going to go find prices and if they're reasonable then I'll do....if not....I better pray i get a car soon or I'm goin crazy.

I have a Tripp-Lite PR-40 for my general use (13.8V regulated, 40A constant), it goes for about 299 new if my memory serves me correctly... that is a fairly decent deal...
