How to hide wire(home Audio)???

Several ways. As Silvercookie said, follow natural contour, or cover them inside flex tubing or low volage conduit. Or drill a small hole in the wall behind the speaker mount, and another at the bottom of the wall, then have the wire follow the lower mouling of the wall.

1. PE sells flat wire that you can stick on the wall/floor and paint it the same color.

2. In-wall

3. Under carpet.

4. Pop off floor moldings, router in a groove and run the wire through there.

Pretty much all I can think of.

i have had success just jamming the wire inbetween the carpet and molding. there is usually some free space under it once you get past the tack strip

i also used air vents with high success in my old place

and be aware of insulation in the exterior walls if you live in a cold climate. Makes it MUCH more fun...
Truth...

I no longer itch after touching pink insulation. I am immune. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/woot.gif.aaa6090e619a97b6090d16dd863c5a69.gif

Some ideas

- easiest way is to just run along or behind the baseboard

- you can also run under the carpet

- fish up behind the wall and run along the crown molding or in the ceiling

- if on the ground floor, run the wire down through the crawlspace

I have a large attic, so I drill holes in the top of a wall for each wire run and put a terminal plate installed on the wall.
By far the best way to do it if you can. I can't however so I try and tuck then into the edge of the carpet under the molding if possible.
