I sent him a MO for 130, i was going to go down to hte post office with the recipet and file a Mail fraud claim , but i was just wondering if i should contact his local jacksonville policen department with the addy to go over there. Would this action be appropriate? I sent the MO over 2 months ago for a suband have recived nothing.
