How to get music out of ipod?

Unless you turn that stuff off. Mine doenst do shit, unless I manually do it.

You can turn off the autosync feature where it downloads the songs off the computer as soon as you connect it every time but you can't set it to only add one song without either erasing everything already there or retransferring the whole library. IOW, if you add one song to your library and want to add that one song to your iPod, iTunes will erase everything off the iPod and reload the entire library taking a long time if your library is good sized.

With Anapod, I simply click and drag or use the "send to..." option on the right click menu. It moves that one song and that one song only. It also lets you click and drag data files to and from the iPod just like a normal hard drive.
