how to get lots of music if not computer smart?

id like to download hours of 'genre' of music from xm or sirius, hours of rock, hours of reggae, hours of rap etc, no commercials.

i dont 'torrent' etc, and there seems to be a issue with getting downloaded music onto an i-pod or burning cds?

whats the easiest way for me (no geek / nerd) to do this?

id be happy to pay $12 a month but it seems rhapsody might not let me burn onto an i-pod?

any ideas?

Are you looking to learn how to use torrents? For $12 a month all you are going to get for unlimited music is some Russian site which is illegal anyway so you might as well go with torrents it is fairly simple.

The only issue I know of with ipods is I don't think you can burn from an ipod to as CD of to your computer. At least that is what I believe the biggest issue is with ipods and the main reason I did not buy one a year or two ago when looking into one.

torrents ftw. Once you import them into iTunes uploading them onto your iPod is easy. Just make sure they're not wma files.

even if they are wma itunes can convert them into mp4

use torrents or search around on blogspot. also with ipods it is a pain u cant take the music off the ipod and put it back on your computer. there is a way though, download idump and then u can take ur music off the ipod and put it on any computer then burn.

You will need a program that can record streams Search Google try a few out. XM Streams online I don't have Sirius but i bet they do also..

No issues. Just learn how to do it.

You don't burn music onto an ipod. Rhapsody is only compatible with a small amount of mp3 players.

Do what everyone else does and download MP3s from the web and torrents.

if you are lazy and don't want to search for music you are going to need to find a friend with a good music collection.
