How to determine what htz my box is tuned to?

Hello. When you have a sealed box can you tune them to a specific htz? Or does it depend on the size and cubic foot of the box? For instance my box is 1.25 cubic ft does this set it at a specific htz because of it's volume, or can it be manipulated?

You cant tune sealed boxes although larger boxes will require less power and cover low frequencies better where small boxes will require more power and not necessarily cover the low frequency response as well. if you wanna find out what a box is tuned to though typically i take test tones and play them while metering till it hits its peak then back off the htz by 2-3. say my highest dbs are at 33htz then my box is probably closer to 30 htz tuning.

No I don't have a meter but the shop up the road where I had my box built does, I have a pretty good repor with them so I am going to go see if they will take out a few min for me.
