just wondering, cuz pple are askin me to do these things for them (except the 1/0 gauge wire).

the wire run depends on the car. I would charge hourly. 25/hr.

HU install would be 55 (which includes old removal and wiring harness build)

Full install would run you between 100-200

If they are asking you to do things, Just go to circuit city, best buy, and anotehr audio shop, and lower your price a little bit, and tell them "BB, CC, said this much, but I'll charge you this much..." just a suggestion.
