How much will replacing my speakers do?

I have this new 2009 Accord with really crappy audio. It is the factory 160w stereo. I am not looking to achieve top notch sound but trying to make some type of improvement. Will just replacing the speakers and tweeters make a decent difference if I buy get something of decent quailty or do I need to do much more than that? I am totally new to this stuff. Thanks!

THis is the factory stereo. The way Honda puts their stereos in I cannot see how it would be possible to remove it and add another HU. The stereo is like built into the car almost. So speakers may do me no good?
