How much speaker wool/media to use?

Hi, just wondering approximately how much speaker wool/media to use in the resonator cavity when putting 6.5" speakers into the side-rear panel? I get a fair bit of road noise from these areas and was thinking about filling it right up - what are the implications of using too much/too little wool?

Use sound deadener first. That will cut down the road noise. Put some closed cell foam over that. Stuffing is to help the speaker, not deal with road noise.
