How much should I pay for this powerbass amp? Is it even good?

Hey guys n' gals, I found 2 powerbass 1500.1Dx amps local and the guy doesn't have an asking price. Just wondering how much they are even worth? Also, anyone that has used powerbass, are they good amps?

Pb makes decent stuff. Google them and get an idea on price
