How many watts are you running?

ur subs are 1000w rms and ur amp is 460rms, ur subs are gettin 460rms correct??? so ur 1000w rms subs are under-rated and u dont add the rms of ur subs to the rms of ur amp that poweres them, correct me if im wrong
im kinda drizunk so that mite b why im confused, maybe u got a 460w rms 4ch amp for ur speakers or something if so my bad

No your right or atleast part right...

He has 1000W RMS Subs (if he gave right specs) and a amp that is rated at 460 rms(provided thats right too)

He has 460 watts, not 1460 watts...

Also, what the heck kinda front end that you can put 700 per side too???

the tru's cost me lots and lots of american dollars... but i think they are worth it, they are very efficient and put out the powah.

as for the front end, i got three words... Stereo Integrity 502's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif . only ones sold that i know of... now if i could just get the money to finish it all.

Wtf?? 700 watts to the tweets?? if thats RMS, i hope to god you have atleast 10 sets SETS of tweets lol cause i odnt know of any tweets that can honestly take over 150rms.. Just seems like a lot of power 7600 watts rms is hard to get.. but meh you may have it all atriotic

the tru's are actually very efficient, mostly because of the design of them. tru rates them at 69% efficient, and i have a friend competing with them who was getting 71% efficiency out of two of them. very solid numbers, especially for A/B. when he actually showed me using multimeters what kind of efficiency he was getting, i was sold on them instantly //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif ... but they do cost a premium, but all the good stuff does //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif .

i always heard they were closer to 50% i stand corrected. i guess i just figured the 50% was right b/c of the C-7.

I am using 4 sets of kicker R25 tweets that take 175 rms each but I sure I will not be using all the power whill daily driving as I do want to keep my ears.
