yes I measured the diameter of the wheel well, multiplying it by 5 and dividing by 3. Adding in the additional amount of space for the flat surface... I have no clue what your looking at. you should measure your trunk.

measure the length and width of the trunk... that is the approximate area (in sq ft)

then pick a multiple of that number and it will give you the amount of deadener that you would like

For the Sq feet, its simply L x W. Get a tape and measure the bottom, sides and top. Then add them together.

Example (just to get the idea)

Top: 3x5=15sf

Bottom: 4x6=24sf

driver side: 2x2=4sf

pass. Side: 2x2=4sf

back: 1.5x6=9sf

front: 2x6=12sf

TOTAL= 68sf

If this is to basic, sorry, just trying to help.

P.S. you would only use Cubic Ft if you were going to fill up the entire trunk. (like a swimming pool)

now where is the best deal I have seen some prices that were slighly scarry I am only doing the trunk for now and I dont have a ton of cash also I am only putting about 220wrms to each sub so I dont need the best but I also dont want the worst .

any help on this would be appreciated.

You could save $ by just putting dyanamat (or whatever you choose to use) where the trunk rattles instead of the whole thing. If you search for it I am sure there are some threads about best deadeners, cheapest prices, best places to get it, etc.
