How low is too low ( voltage)?

My voltage is dropping to ~12.3. I have stock electrical (110 amp alt), and no big three (doing as soon as i get wire crimpers).

So is that effecting the output of my amp much?

I have a Alpine MRP-M1000 amp and i have 0 ga to it and a solid ground.

 
Yeah the drop from 14's to 12's can actually affect the output of the amp by as much as 40%. You should back off a little until you can do the big 3. Dropping below 12v is really what causes the damage, but you don't want to risk it in the mean time.
