How low is too low ( voltage)?

My voltage is dropping to ~12.3. I have stock electrical (110 amp alt), and no big three (doing as soon as i get wire crimpers).

So is that effecting the output of my amp much?

I have a Alpine MRP-M1000 amp and i have 0 ga to it and a solid ground.

Anything below 13 i feel is too low......jk...lol...don't go down to 11 and you'll be fine

Yeah the drop from 14's to 12's can actually affect the output of the amp by as much as 40%. You should back off a little until you can do the big 3. Dropping below 12v is really what causes the damage, but you don't want to risk it in the mean time.

Okay thanks i'll just find someone with a crimper so i can do it sooner.

you won't find wire crimpers for >4awg. larger than that you can buy an impact crimper, or use a vice. i use a vice. sometimes i'll then torch and solder the wire to the ring terminal.
