How long is too long to wait on a box??

its just a simple 2.5cuft slot port no carpet or nothing, oh and its not even put together its just a diy type deal, how long is to long to wait?
So you have been waiting almost a month for a couple of pieces of cut wood ? Yeah, it takes about an hour if you take your time to make all the cuts for an enclosure. Yep, ****** thing is I cant get in touch with him to see wats going on, I mean even if he is busy I would think my request should have been done in a reasonable aamount of time, this is ridiculous

 
**Update**

Got the kit after 25days, and its not the design that we discussed at all, was suppose to be sub up port back flush mount, and its neither, so on top of waiting almost a month, when I finally get it, its not what I paid for..I sent him an email, and his response was

"We can do one of two things on this. Keep the kit as is and I will refund half the the price. Option two will be pay for return shipping and I will build you another kit."

Personally, I do not want this, I want what I paid for, I dont think its fair that since he f3cked up I should have to wait even longer for a replacement, and pay to ship something back that I did not order...I paid for a service and a product, both of which are unacceptable at this point

this. That guy is dicking you around. Is it a member on this forum? Post his name. Your not slandering him your just giving details on the situation, if he thinks something you said is inaccurate then he can come in and defend himself, but the rest of us have a right to know if there's a crappy businessman on here.
