Get off my lawn.

how did they prove she was drinking? did they give her a breathalizer at the scene? did she admit she was drinking. sounds like a good lawyer might be able to get that charge dropped. did they prove she was drinking and driving? if not and shes just getting an underage consumption at least in ohio its just like a 100 dollar fine. not that big a deal.My female friend was in an accident i'd say 6-12 months ago, a drunk driver hit her as she was standing out in the middle of the street. She's had surgeries, physical therapy, medications, etc....
Well, she was drinking that night. Police are JUST NOW filing charges for underage... like 6-12 months AFTER the actual accident... is this possible? She said her attorney told her. She's suing the guy who hit her... isn't there like a time table for police to file charges or do they have an indefinate amount of time to file a charge?
if thats true, thats like them saying "oh we caught you a year ago, so we're gonna charge you now."... wtf? anyone have any idea? google was no help..
You asked a question? Where? When? Go drink some more piss, seems its all you are good at.. Sorry dipshit, you are not always right... But you certainly DO act like a fucking idiot 99% of the time.I didn't say they were, fegcicle. I asked you a simple question and you decided to scratch at your herpes instead of simply answering.
//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/iagree.gif.15d6c075ee8d3913ba26866d06993068.gifIt pisses me off with all these people out here trying to get free money. Like my buddy getting in a FENDER BENDER and all of them crying about there necks and backs so they could get some tabs for free for a few months and then them getting 100k from the other insurance company. They have NOTHING to show for that 100k accept getting ****ed up for 2 months.. After that he quit his job because of college and was able to draw unemployment.. Pisses me the hell off..
Her dumbass shouldnt have been in the road in the first place. Just because someone doing what she was and happened to hit her doesnt mean she should be able to sue him.. Does she not think it was even part of her fault? IDK, I guess I just think you should have to work for what you get..
It all depends on the crime. They all have different statute of limitations. 6-12 months would be a short statute of limitation fyi. I would think they have at least a year.My female friend was in an accident i'd say 6-12 months ago, a drunk driver hit her as she was standing out in the middle of the street.
