i had the exact same problem with one of my poly mids, its hard to get ahold of them but the problem was solved flawlessly. got another mid and it worked great.

I ordered a set of the Poly mids on Mon and got them on WED a couple of weeks ago. Been running them on the home system...so far no issues. I even spoke to them and Chad answered all of my questions.

I've never had a problem with em. Only bought 1 item and have only called a couple times.

I bought Poly Mids from them awhile back, great customer service. This was when they were running out of the mids and he actually called me back to let me know they were going to get more in and called again to let me know when they arrived so I could place an order. The father can be a tad "harsh" but he was the one calling me back so I would say they are pretty good to deal with. I have always like the smaller companies though. Way more personal, but you do have to wait longer at times.

Prolly cause of the holiday they are behind.
