How is Ascendant Audio's customer service?

I recieved a damage poly mid today //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif I bought the pair last week and it finally came in today one of them rubs on the center of the speaker on the metal pointy thing and the other one is fine. I called and it says hours are 12-6 so I'm going to try to call again at 12. Anyone experience anything with them?

I've had good experiences with them...Thought lately They've been Busy as hell, with the All the new Subwoofers, When they're less busy as they should be now, they're pretty **** good.

Ya I had no problems. Ordered 5 assasin 8's came when expected an packaged great. I don't expect to have any problems when I order 11 more

You must have spoke to the father then. I Highly recommend to speak to the son (Chad), he is much easier to deal w/ and was very helpfull. The father is another story all together. I received my subs in perfect condition. The few times that I called, I had not problems w/ the son, only w/ the father. They packaged the 8in Assassins very well but they could have packed my 10in Arsenal a little better (it still made it in perfect condition). I would have liked to see something a little more protective than a pc of 1/4 foam protecting the face of the 10in Arsenal.
