Let's here some stories about about how some Defective on delivery ebay purchases turn out.
I recent bought an amp that was described as: "good used condition. The amp is used so there is some wear and tear from normal use but nothing major. The amp does have small scratches to the body. The amp has been tested and works with no complication."
But is completely burnt up on the inside....just sent the seller a message. He has a good rep on ebay.
The seller probably figured there would be no reason for anyone to open the amp up so he could get away with it. I seriously doubt paypal will do anything because it was used and it does work
