how hard to install a subwoofer i a 2016 silverado

Hi guys, I have a 2016 chevy Silverado and I want to put in some subs in under the rear seat.. My question is had anone done an installation in one of these and how dificut was it to wire up the amp and speakers? I went to the only two options I have to go to as far as sales and installation go in my area. I Liked the sound of the speakers in one place but I wasn't impressed by the guy running the place. I talked to their competitor and the man I talked to seemed to be very knowlagable about the installation but I have not heard much about the subwoofers he recommended for my truck. He recommended some Phoenix Gold RX110 for my truck. The Other guy had JL W series subs that I kinda liked. Do I buy the JL's and take them to the other guy or is this something I could tackle as far as the installation. I have did the last installation in my 02 Silverado but that was back in 2003. I plan on using the factory radio as well. Any tips would be great. Thanks Justin

A) Find a good box builder for box plans or a straight build (search and you will find them here)

B) The builder will tell you what is proven in that application and I bet you will get more bass than the JL Or PG could do

I just sent 2 boxes to a member here for 2. 2016 Chevy crew cab trucks. Also ampere amps and dc 8" subs for both. The box isn't an easy one to build. But I can be done
